Shipping Policy & Tax
We can ship our products anywhere in the world. However, there might be extra charges of customs and duty fees when we ship to your country outside of North America. Please do your search for these costs when you order the products from your home country.
All orders are trackable, and tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has shipped. For orders over $100 we will ship free to Canada and the US.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Shipping Times:
Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment within the US and Canada.
If your order has not shipped in over a week, please notify us at donna@sleepgift.ca. This could mean there might be an issue in fulfillment/delivery that we can work to get resolved.
We do not ship to APO, PO and FPO boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been sent out for shipment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
SleepGift is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SleepGift is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
